Meet @keelythequeerrealtor (she/they)- bartender at @abaroftheirown, real estate agent, and all- around powerhouse of care and community. “I've always felt like my purpose in life is to serve others," she says. "If that doesn't come through first, then it isn't aligned with my values."

Whether she's behind the bar or helping queer and trans folks find a place to call home, Keely leads with heart. Right now, authenticity looks like "taking space when I need it, finding joy in small things, and not worrying what others think of me in moments where it doesn't matter."

 Spaces like ABOTO and brands like PDL matter because they weren't handed to us-we built them. With intention. With love. And with people like Keely at the center.

Kyree shows up fully, no matter the day. Some days femme. Some days androgynous. Always bold. Always true.

"I tried to wear what the other girls were wearing in high school... it just didn't work. When I came out, I decided to just wear what I wanted to wear."

Now? They're a plus-size aerialist repping queer joy in a rural town mixing masc and femme energy with zero apologies.

"Authenticity means standing out sometimes, especially when it's the right thing to do. I show up as my queer self because I know I needed to see that as a kid."

Showing up as your true self isn't just brave - it's necessary.

Because when you do, you don't just make space for yourself.

You make it for everyone who comes after.

Meet Sarah (she/her), Server Lead @abaroftheirown and longtime fanny pack enthusiast

She's spent over a decade playing roller derby and wears a glitter eye-not just to reclaim her story, but to take pride in it.

"Fashion is comfort," she says, "but it may be a conversation starter. I think I'm a walking advertisement of things that inspire me."

For Sarah, authenticity is about embracing who you are and honoring what makes you unique. That might look like meaningful tattoos, jewelry that holds memory, or simply standing tall in your own evolution.

He's new to Minneapolis but community has always been his jam.
