We recommend you ship using USPS and note that it is a return/exchange on your package.

If your return is coming from the States, it is really important to make sure at the Post Office you note that it is a return/exchange from Canada, back to Canada and fill out the corresponding spot on their forms.

It should be a warranty return/exchange, and your local post office must note this in their system. This is to ensure that there are minimal issues coming back into the country as there should not be any extra duties and taxes involved.

If it is not appropriately declared there can be long delays in getting your package back to us.

As soon as we get your order back we will process your return/exchange.

* Please note that until we receive the returned merchandise, you are responsible for any loss.  Please note the customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs and that these along with the duties and taxes are non-refundable.

How long do I have?

We offer a period of 15 days from when you receive your item for returns/exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns:

All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Sale items 50% off and under are eligible for store credit only, while items over 50% off and Funderwear are final sale.

Return Shipping Costs:

If you received the correct item and it isn't damaged or faulty, you'll cover the return shipping costs, including customs and duties. This helps us keep our prices affordable for everyone.


After receiving your items refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 - 5 business days. Please note, the original shipping charge is non-refundable.


Wrong size or color? We can exchange for the desired item if it's in stock or issue a store credit for future use.

Customs/Duties Disclaimer for International Customers:

As a Canadian company, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes. Customs policies vary, so be aware of local laws and regulations. If you have questions, contact your local border control agency.

Price Adjustment Policy:

Spotted a recent price drop? We honor adjustments within 3 calendar days. Email to claim a refund for the difference.

Do You Refund Shipping:

No, we don't refund shipping costs. We make every effort to subsidize shipping expenses for our amazing customers and offer free shipping for qualifying orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

We strive to keep our prices reasonable by subsidizing shipping for all customers. If we were to adjust our prices to cover return shipping costs, it would impact everyone's prices, not just those involved in returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and support!

What If I Received The Wrong item:

Oops! We're a small and busy team, and occasionally mistakes happen. If you've received the wrong item, please email us immediately at, and we'll work swiftly to resolve the issue. Since our popular items sell out quickly, please don't wait – notify us promptly to avoid potential stock issues. We appreciate your understanding and will make sure to fix our mistake as efficiently as possible!

Missing Packages:

Please note that we only insure packages valued over $350 USD. If you wish to add extra insurance to your shipping, please email us at, and we can assist you at your cost. In the event your package goes missing, kindly confirm your address via email.

If you receive a notice of attempted delivery, search the delivery location for your package. Check if someone else accepted it unless there are health or safety concerns. If you still can't locate your package after 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, use your tracking number to submit a service request to your local Post Office.


Peau de Loup is a proudly Canadian company. We ship from our warehouse located in beautiful Vancouver, BC. When you order from outside Canada, including the United States, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes levied once your order crosses the border into your country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility; Peau de Loup has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they are charged by your government border control agency.

Customs policies vary significantly from country to country; please contact your local border control agency if you need more information. When ordering from Peau de Loup, you are considered to be the importer and must comply with all local laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. Please be aware that all packages crossing international borders may be subject to being opened and inspected by customs authorities.

The same is true of return shipping. That's why we ask that you are careful about marking your package when you return internationally; talk to your chosen postal carrier about how to properly mark a return so it does not incur additional customs charges. Because the merchandise originated in Canada, if the package is properly labeled it should not incur additional taxes. This may mean you need to mark it as a "warranty return".

We do not pay return customs charges or return shipping, so we want to keep this as simple and clear for our customers as possible!
